RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Crafty Chook Candles. We know buying a candle online can be a bit tricky and your satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a candle that you are not satisfied with please contact us so we can make sure you have exactly what you want.​

Candle Appearance and Care:

Sometimes our candles have noticeable areas where the soy has come away from
the glass. Although we do everything we can to prevent this from happening, it is out of our control. Because Soy is a natural product it is affected by the temperature.
We cannot guarantee your candle will be free of changes, but this does not effect the function of the candle in any way.

We are happy to refund candle sales (aside shipping costs) if you are unsatisfied and it is returned to us within 7 business days, unused and in its original packaging. Simply contact us and let us know which candle(s) you are wanting to return. We will send our return address to you. Once we received the candle and confirm it is unused, we will return all funds (aside shipping costs).

SHIPPING POLICY

We deliver to all New Zealand residential, rural, and business addresses. We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
We do not deliver outside of New Zealand

IMPORTANT: Public holidays, weekends, weather events, pandemics, and peak season demand may result in extended delivery times.
During peak season (September to December) please allow additional time and pay attention to our newsletters and service delivery alerts for the most up to date information.
