Infused with a restorative blend of lavender, frankincense, cedarwood and bergamot, this mist is designed to support moments of slowing down, whether used in the sauna, steam room or simply in the air.
Inspired by my own sauna and cold plunge rituals, the Restore Sauna Mist is intended to be used intuitively as part of a regular practice or whenever you feel drawn to pause and breathe deeply and reset.
