Caring for your Crafty Chook Candles helps you get the best out of them.  Trimming your wick eliminates mushrooming which causes unnecessary soot and will help ensure a clean burn. If your wick is too long, the flame is too big, it will burn through your candle faster. Trim the wick to 6mm before every burn. Using a candle snuffer is a safe way to extinguish your candle.  Simply place the snuffer over the flame.  The Wick dipper/hook is used to realign your wick, remove debris, or extinguish the flame by dipping it into the wax, before repositioning.
